Anti-Nonchalant Stickers

“Nonchalance” or a “Nonchalant” attitude is defined by a lack of interest, a feeling that nothing is of importance, and general apathy towards anything and everything.

I believe that this attitude is a plague that is destroying passion and effort, while ingraining the message that deviating from mediocraty means “doing too much”

My goal for this project is to promote the ideas that: nonchalance is silly, trying (really hard) is cool, and interests & passions are what make us interesting.

Visual research. Leaned heavily on the bottom left one’s aesthetic.

Initial concepts. Only selected the stickers that made people laugh.

I’m afraid my generation is too self-conscious and afraid of embarrassing themselves to pursue their passions.

While this project is satirical in nature, the intended message is very serious.
