Basement.sf is based in San Francisco, CA and I design promo for them. They throw the best parties in the whole Bay Area. People from all over the bay come to do one thing...dance. Visually, their marketing needs to match that same exact message: energy, vibes, and fun.
As a designer my job is to understand the party before it happens. I have to make sure that the look is totally unique. Because the only way these designs work, is if they stand out in an oversaturated visual marketplace, while still telling people: ‘Our parties are the best in the bay’.
